The II Inclusive Crossing of the Mar Menor arrives in Los Alcázares
This weekend in Los Alcázares the open day will be held at Las Salinas Beach.
The Department of Sports of the City Council of Los Alcázares, together with the association BLife and Océano Libre, have presented the second edition of the Inclusive Crossing of the Mar Menor which will take place on 18 and 19 June.
It consists of a nautical day in which all those who want to enjoy Paddle SUP are invited to come to the beach of Las Salinas to discover this sport that has the ability to adapt to the needs of its users.
The organiser of the event explains that the aim of this activity is to bring this water sport to everyone, regardless of whether or not they have a disability. It is totally inclusive.
After the open day, the regatta will be held on Sunday 19 June, which will divide the athletes into three different legs depending on their level. Beginners will cover a distance of one kilometre, intermediates 3 kilometres, and those competing at an advanced level will complete a total distance of 6 kilometres.
Today 16 June is the last day for registration, all those who want to try and discover this sport can do so. Are you going to miss it?
